European Law and Competition
FMC keeps a close attention to the ever-changing backdrop of European Law’s regulations and jurisprudence and regularly assists its clients in matters related to the free circulation of people, goods, companies, services and capital.
In the field of Competition Law area, FMC provides counsel in issues arising from the liberalization and market deregulation and assists clients in mergers, international acquisitions, joint ventures, trusts, abuse of dominant position, concentration matters and granting of State aid.
