Having acquired vast experience in the counsel to public entities and private clients, FMC provides services in administrative contracts and public calls for bids, Private-Public Partnerships, property expropriations, land use planning, telecommunications and maritime law.
FMC also advises several projects connected to the Energy sector, namely, to the oil industry and natural resources exploitation.
In the administrative litigation department, FMC collaborates with its clients in the various administrative appeal mechanisms and in the judicial procedures aimed at the defence of their interests.
