FMC regularly deals with real estate, providing assistance to its clients in the most various transactions, both of lower and of higher complexity, from real estate rentals to real estate acquisitions and to real estate refurbishing.
FMC also collaborates with its clients on matters connected to the financing of real estate transactions or on matters connected to the incorporation and structuring of real estate investment funds.
The counsel provided by FMC in the fields of urban planning and refurbishing comprises counsel to both public entities and to private agents, assisting in different kinds of urban transactions such as construction and licensing, town planning, land parceling, among others.
The Department’s experience also includes Environment Law, dealing with matters of required legal licensing, of environmental audits, with matters of companies’ environmental compliance assessments and with the monitoring of environmental impact assessment procedures.
